Nexanum ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Vibo Suite platform at www.vibosuite.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using Vibo Suite, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.

1.2 Social Media Accounts

To provide our core Service, we request access to your connected social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X). We access only the permissions required to publish content, retrieve analytics, and manage your posts on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.

1.3 Content You Provide

We store the content you create or upload through the Service, including posts, videos, images, captions, scripts, and scheduling data. AI-generated content (e.g., video scripts, hooks) is also stored within your account.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URL.

1.5 Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (e.g., language, theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See Section 6 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Publish and schedule content to your connected social media accounts
• Generate AI-powered content suggestions, scripts, and analytics
• Send you service-related notifications (e.g., post published, pipeline complete)
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support
• Detect, prevent, and address security issues and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Authentication & Infrastructure: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting)
• AI Processing: OpenAI and Replicate (to generate AI scripts, video content, and suggestions). Content you submit for AI processing is sent to these providers under their respective data processing terms.
• Social Media Platforms: TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X — to publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf via their official APIs.
• Analytics: Virlo (social media performance analytics)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., for tax or legal compliance purposes).

Content published to social media platforms through the Service remains on those platforms and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data. You can also delete your account directly from your profile settings.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Vibo Suite uses only essential cookies necessary for the Service to function. These include:

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Service.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
